Order Information

Now it is possible for customers to place an order online. Once logged into the website, you will be able to view the availability list with quantities and prices. To the far right of the plant name, simply select the "Order" button for the plant you wish to order. It will take you to a shopping cart page where you can build your order.

1. Enter the quantity you wish to order and then select the "Re-calculate" button. If you need to order additional plants, select "Continue Shopping" or press the "Next" button to complete your order. If there are multiple plants on your order, you may select all plants that you need, then adjust quantities when the list is complete. Simply highlight and adjust the first quantity and then tab twice to move to the next quantity field. Be sure to select the "Re-calculate" button after changing quantities. Subtotals for each line item should show the extended price adjustment.
2. The next screen will ask for your contact information (fields with the blue arrows are required fields). Press the "Next" button when finished.
3. Review your contact information, plant variety, pot size, and quantity. Use the "Edit" button to make any necessary corrections.
4. "Checkout" : Please select the terms of your account with Pender Nursery. Use the PO field if you require a Purchase Order to accompany your order, or you may chose to indicate a job name in this field. This page also allows you to list any special instructions or comments reqarding your order. Please indicate if the order is for pick-up or delivery and a date when needed, possible substitutions, or if you wish the order go to a specific sales person. Then select "Place Order" to submit your order.

We will receive your order by email and you will receive a confirmation of your order. A sales person will contact you if there are problems fulfilling your order.

We suggest that when possible you call in pick-up orders at least one day in advance, to ensure that we have it pulled for convenient loading. Please be sure to bring a tarp or adequate covering to protect plant material on your truck. We have covers available for a nominal fee. Orders are pulled on a first come basis - your patience is appreciated. Orders are accepted on the condition that some items may be voided or delayed without liability to us due to weather, insects, disease, error on count, or other acts of God beyond our control. We will hold your called-in orders for 30 days. We will hold B&B plants for 7 days, after which they will be sold on a first come basis. RESTOCKING FEE: Pender Nursery reserves the right to charge a restocking fee equal to 20% of the value of the order for orders which are canceled after they have been pulled.

If you need all plants tagged, please let us know at the time you place your order. There is a minimal charge per tag. Tags may be imprinted with your company name, plant name, pricing, and sku numbers.

In the past we have been giving credit for pots brought back to Pender Nursery. However due to the cost of labor and large numbers of unusable pots we are not able to continue. We will still give credit for 3 gallon Encore pots, 7 and 15 gal black pots that have been counted and sorted. As a service to our customers we will still accept used pots and recycle them for you. All pot credits on your account must be used within 60 days or they will be deleted from your account.

We will be closed for holidays the following days.
