Species Description:
Louisiana iris are a complex group of plants , originating from natural hybridization between 5 species of iris indiginous to southern Louisiana and the Gulf Coast region. 3-5' strap-like foliage and flowers in late spring. Prefers moist to bog-like conditions.
Cultivar Description:
Strap-like foliage suitable for average to wet sites. Flowers purple, yellow or red in Spring.
